Order Processing

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as product availability, errors in the price or product description, or fraudulent activity.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship products within 7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors beyond our control.

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping across Australia with an estimated delivery time of 5 business days.
  • International Shipping: We offer shipping to select international locations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase – but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we're truly sorry. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order, and we’ll organise a refund, replacement or repair. We will cover the return shipping cost for any faulty or incorrect items.

Delivery fees paid at the time of purchase will also be refunded if you provide proof of purchase. Shipping costs may be refunded for faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and proof of the shipping amount is provided.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a purchase, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original sale condition – unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note, return shipping for change of mind is the responsibility of the customer. Delivery fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and assessed, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
